Raptor 80 is an absolute pos.
I had a chinese quad for my son (Aeon Extreme Machine X90). It happened to be the exact same quad as the Polaris minis. That worked out great, just head to the Polaris dealer for any parts. I didn't need many, but I busted the chain adjuster a couple of times. It was my fault. Other than that the little thing was great and didn't kill the bank. They grow out of them so fast no need to spent too much money and the "name brand" quads aren't any better and in many cases are actually a worse design.
That 90 of my son's smoked just about all the name brand quads at the time. He took a Honda 90, Raptor 80, and an LT80. I say if you have parts available, go for it. They actually get pretty good reviews.

I'm a little disappointed it's WWII based. I think I'll wait for COD6. It sounds like it's COD3 based off the COD4 engine. I'm sure it's cool, though.

You've learned a valuable lesson in the spoiling of today's technology. BACK UP, BACK UP, BACK UP!!!!!!!!! ALWAYS back up your work to another location (hard drive, flash drive, cd/dvd, ect) This rings more true in the professional world as well. You've learned something very valuable to know and to never forget. C.Y.A., buddy.

Cadillacs are a pain in the azz.. Hopefully it's not a high mileage car. They are great 'till that magical 100k or so. If so, may sure your tools are "sharpened up" and ready for action. Been there, done that..4 times (3 my dad's, 1 mine).

I hope you know you can't hunt with either the .45 or the .40. For personal proctection, however, my vote is for the .40. I have a S&W model 411 .40 and I love it. Great gun and very accurate.
In wisconsin , you surely can hunt with both these guns. The only limitations are as follows:
1.) Must be Atleast 18 years of age
2.) Barrel length must be at least 5 1/2" from firing pin to end of muzzle with action closed.
3.) must be a .22 cal or larger.
There for , it is completely legal to hunt with a .40 and/or a .45.
Im leaning towards the .44 mag. More than enough power , and will get the job done accurately.
I'll have to look into the Ruger selection a little more. I briefly browsed them , but that was a while ago so Ill take another peek and see what i like.

I'm not sure, but I think Ford was smart enough to put RPO codes in the glove box, like GM. You might have to run all the codes, but the gear ratio will be one of them. Wait..I bet Furd wasn't that smart. ;) :P
There should also be a tag on the rear end stating the ratio, unless someone removed it at some point..or rusted off.
